Vantara is an ambitious wildlife preservation project founded by Anant Ambani. The venture is supported by Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation. The Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre is Situated within the Jamnagar Refinery Complex in Gujarat. Spread across 3,000 acres, Vantara is a sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, injured, and endangered animals. Designed as a comprehensive rehabilitation center, it provides a safe, natural, and nurturing environment for its inhabitants. More than 2,000 animals from 43 species, such as elephants, leopards, lions, tigers, and reptiles, have been rescued and housed at Vantara.
