Holi 2025: Central Railway Announces 34 Special Trains From Dadar To Ratnagiri For Festive Rush

Central Railway has announced the operation of 34 unreserved special trains from Dadar to Ratnagiri to manage the increased passenger traffic during the Holi festival in 2025.

Central Railway released an announcement on X on Thursday about the availabilty of 34 unreserved special trains between Dadar Station and Ratnagiri. The reasons behind this are to ease congestion during festival season. Unreserved trains do not need reservations and are all meant for commuters during the festive season.

The route from Mumbai to Ratnagiri is the world’s busiest route. That would explain why Central Railway would have arranged special trains for this route.
