Zakaria highlighted that few leaders worldwide have the trust and influence to negotiate with both Russia and Ukraine, naming Turkey’s President Erdogan and PM Modi as prime candidates. He expressed that Modi could be even more effective than Erdogan in this capacity, given his global stature.
