Members of the community can reduce vehicle activity and walk between residential districts and commercial spaces because the plan dedicates more than 447 hectares to mixed-use development.

Health and education public infrastructure consists of 330 hectares that will incorporate educational campuses together with healthcare facilities, administrative spaces and urban essential services.
The land area consists of 434 hectares which will be designated for agricultural purposes as well as forests. The Yamuna River buffer zone occupies around 823 hectares whereas the organized green spaces extend across 485 hectares of territory. The planned areas include 434 hectares that will support forests together with agricultural facilities.
