India’s got latent show has been constantly in headlines for the past few weeks where an inappropriate remark made by Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beerbiceps sparked national outrage. The uproar began when beerbiceps asked “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?” from a contestant, which was highly criticized and was considered sexually explicit. The host Samay Raina and all the other panelists landed in trouble, with multiple police complaints filed, parliamentary discussions and public trolls.
Amid this turmoil, famous stand up comedian Harsh Gujral has taken a dig in a satirical way.

In his recent show while speaking to one of the audience, the individual revealed how his parents discovered a video of him in an intimate act, to which the father seated next to him responded that it was merely a kissing video. Evoking a hearty laughter from the crowd Gujral said “Yahi abhi ulta hota toh show band ho jata”(If this happened other way round , the show would have been shut down).
His comments were directed towards the issue that arose at India’s Got Latent Episode where Allahbadia had asked to a contestant Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever with the context of Ranveer’s comment , “Parents ne bachon ko dekh liya, wahan pe bache ne parents ko dekh liya”
The comment section of the reel was flooded with hilarious comments where one user commented “No Ranveer was harmed in this video”. Another added “Would you rather watch your kids do whatever or pretend to be cool & end the stigma forever”. The other comments appreciated Gujral’s humor who is known for tongue in cheek style of comments and jokes.
