After six years, the famous crime show CID is back on TV, exciting its fans again with thrilling investigations and the return of its popular lead, ACP Pradyuman.
In the last season, viewers were shocked when ACP Pradyuman was shown dying in a bomb blast. This upset many fans and caused a lot of online criticism. Now, the makers have brought the character back, which has made fans very happy.
On Thursday Sony Entertainment Television took to Instagram to share the new promo of CID 2. The clip shows Shivaji Satam making a grand re-entry to his investigative office as ACP Pradyuman. He can be seen staring at the CID logo on the wall with his iconic pose.

CID 2 airs on Sony Entertainment Television and Sony LIV every weekend at 10 PM, featuring the iconic trio, Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava, and Dayanand Shetty.
CID first aired in 1998 and has had over 1600 episodes and ACP Pradyuman is one of its most loved characters.
