Shefali Jariwala’s untimely demise has shocked the entire film and television industry. She passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 42 and the cause of her death is still unknown. Her fans and well-wishers are devastated by her sudden death. Parg Tygai, her husband, looked shattered when he was seen outside the hospital.
Shefali was open about her love for her husband Parag and talked about how they met. In an earlier interview with Times Now, she shared how she met Parag and said, “I was single at that time. It was an arranged sort of a date. We really liked each other a lot and hit it off instantly. Parag and I are very similar and different in many ways. I think we kind of balance each other out.”
However, before finding love in Parag, she was married to Harmeet Singh. They married in 2004 and separated in 2009. While speaking to Times Now, she talked about the emotional distress she faced in her previous marriage and shared, “It is very important to understand that you are not being appreciated. Not every kind of violence is physical. There is a lot of mental violence that also happens, and you are very unhappy in your life⦔

Shefali Jariwala rose to immense fame after appearing in the music video ‘Kaanta Laga’. She later worked in several television reality shows including Boogie Woogie, Nach Baliye 5, Nach Baliye 7 and Bigg Boss 13. Shefali also starred in the web series ‘Baby Come Naa’.
