Salman Khan is all set to bring an action-packed blockbuster for his fans with ‘Sikandar’. The film which also features Rashmika Mandanna, is expected to be a grand Eid 2025 release. Months before hitting the big screen, the movie has secured a huge non-theatrical deal, recovering most of it’s production cost.
Sikandar Locks A Whopping Non-Theatrical Deal
Sikandar has reportedly earned a massive amount through its digital, satellite, and music rights. As per the report by Pinkvilla, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has sealed a deal worth Rs. 165-180 crore approx. for these rights.
Reports suggest that streaming platform Netflix has acquired the post-theatrical digital rights for around Rs. 85 crore, with the chance that it may increase upto Rs. 100 crore only if the film surpasses Rs. 350 crore at the box office.
Also, Zee has secured satellite rights for Rs. 50 crore and Zee Music Company has acquired music rights for Rs. 30 crore.

Production Cost & Box Office Expectations
The estimated production cost of the film is around Rs. 180 crore which does not include the cast’s salary. Also, the promotional and advertising (P&A) costs are expected to be Rs. 20 crore.
The total non-theatrical amount is going to play a very important role in covering expenses, but most of it also depends on the film’s theatrical success.
