Connie Francis, singer best known for her song ‘Pretty Little Baby’, has been hospitalised but the exact reason is not known. In her Facebook post, she revealed that she has been undergoing tests to known about the cause of her extreme pain. According to reports, she has been dealing with some orthopedic health issues.
Sharing update about her health, Connie wrote on Facebook, “Hello Everyone — As many of you may now have learned through Cousin Brucie’s Facebook page, I am back in hospital where I have been undergoing tests and checks to determine the cause(s) of the extreme pain I have been experiencing. I had hoped to take part in Brucie’s show for Independence Day, having had to cancel a previous slot a few weeks ago when receiving treatment on my hip. Sadly, I had to let him know that I again had to withdraw. My thanks for your many get well soon messages. I will endeavor to keep you updated. Love, Connie.”

In another post, Connie revealed that she has been shifted to a private room after being in ICU. She wrote, “I am pleased to advise that following a series of tests and examinations in Intensive Care, I have now been transferred to a private room. Thank you all for your kind thoughts, words and prayers. They mean so much! Love, Connie.”

For the unversed, Connie Francis is a retired singer and was regarded as one of the top female vocalist in the 1950s and 60s. She was also the first woman in history to reach number one rank on the Billboard Hot 100 with her song ‘Everybody’s Somebpdy’s Fool’. She found herself in the spotlight again after her song ‘Pretty Little Baby’ went viral on social media worldwide.
