Kanye West has once again stirred massive controversy with some jaw-dropping comments during a now-deleted Twitch livestream. The rapper who is no stranger to making outlandish statements opened up about his past relationship with Kim Kardashian once again and his claims have seemed to sparked widespread reactions across the entertainment industry and social media.
During the livestream, Kanye openly wondered about what his life would be like if he had begun a family with Paris Hilton rather than with Kim Kardashian and said, “Could you imagine if I had kids with Paris Hilton? How many hotels I would have right now?” referencing the Hilton hotel empire.
A Complicated Family Past With Kim Kardashian
West and Kardashian have four children: North who is 11 years old, Saint and Chicago who are 9 and 7 years old and Psalm who is now 6 years. Over the years, Kanye has openly spoken of his own challenges as well as the highs and lows of his marriage with Kim. Their seven-year union legally came to an end in November 2022. ust a month later, West moved on and married Bianca Censori in December of the same year.
Further elaborating on his thoughts, West made a striking comparison between Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian. He claimed, “Paris Hilton had the vision, and then that’s what happened. Kim was like the Virgil. Kim was like Paris Hilton’s Virgil. That’s what happened.” Drawing parallels, he implied that Kim followed in Paris’s footsteps, lacking originality and only achieving power through association. “If you like Arnold Schwarzenegger and you have a kid with a nanny, the nanny only power is to take your kids. So Kim’s only power is to take my kids,” he added.
