Actor Kartik Aaryan’s dating life has always been of people’s interest, whether it was with his Love Aaj Kal 2 co-star Sara Ali Khan or Sreeleela, who will be seen romancing him in Anurag Basu’s upcoming romantic drama. But the actor has finally come out to comment on his image of a ‘lover boy’ in the industry. He also clarified that there is no truth about the rumours of him dating the Pushpa 2 actor.
Giving update about his status at the moment, Kartik told Filmfare that he is very much single. He shared, “I’m currently single and not dating. In the past, there was a lot of speculation about my dating life, some true, some not. At the time, I was new to the idea of people linking me romantically with others and didn’t pay much attention to it. The media would often spin stories from a single photo, even if I’d just met someone. It felt surreal and I’d even get updates about my own dating life. Over time, I realised I needed to be more careful in how I handled such situations.”

For the unversed, Sreeleela has also been a medical student and the two actors became good friends while shooting for Anurag Basu’s film in the recent past. They were often spotted together shooting some very interesting scenes of the film amid the crowd.
Not just that, a video of Sreeleela having a gala time at Kartik’s family celebration also caught people’s attention, recently. The two were spotted enjoying the house party, while Pushpa 2 actor was also seen dancing with other guests.
