Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee became victims of robbery after a new worker committed theft at their residence. However, Gurmeet has assured his fans that he and his family are safe. They were also able to recover most of the items lost and urged his fans to stay alert.
He wrote on Instagram, “Alert: Today, a new worker stole some items from our home and ran away. Thankfully, we always verify anyone who comes to work so that we could act quickly. I’m especially grateful I was home, and my babies were safe in their room. With prompt action and a few calls, we recovered most of the items – and most importantly, everyone is safe. Just a bit of bad luck, but a strong reminder: Stay alert. Always verify anyone who enters your home for work. Gurmeet Choudhary.”
On the work front, Gurmeet was last seen in the show ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein’ alongside Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi and Anchal Singh.
Earlier, while speaking to News24, he talked about the pressure he felt while working in ‘Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein Season 2′. He said, “Not just one, there is a lot of pressure. Because when a new person comes into a village, people have a lot of trouble accepting it. That’s the nature of humans. So, I knew that it would be very difficult but I did a lot of hard work. The stunt you are seeing is all real. I have done it. The way Siddharth (Sen Gupta) sir has written the scenes and how it has been filmed are also interesting. It was a challenge for me but people liked it. And now people are saying that they want to see me more in projects.”
He adds, “So, I hope that (Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein) season 3 comes soon because my character has a lot of scope to be explored.”
