Anupam Kher Calls Kangana Ranaut A ‘Rockstar’ After Mandi Election Success; Esha Deol Cheers For Hema Malini’s Hat Trick In Lok Sabha

Hema Malini won the Mathura 2024 Lok Sabha election for the third consecutive term. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut secured victory on her debut.

Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut defeated Congress leader Vikramaditya Singh in the Mandi constituency. Actor Anupam Kher congratulated her on social media, calling her a ‘ROCKSTAR.’ Meanwhile, actress Esha Deol congratulated her mother, Hema Malini, for winning the Lok Sabha elections. The veteran actor secured her third consecutive victory in Mathura.

Anupam shared a video on his Instagram account featuring several pictures of Kangana from his campaigns in recent weeks.

He captioned the photo, “Dear #Kangana! Congratulations on your huge win! You are a #ROCKSTAR. Your journey is so inspiring! I am so happy for you and the people of #Mandi and #HimachalPradesh. You have repeatedly proved that if a person is focused and works hard, then ‘Kuch bhi ho sakta hai’ (Anything is possible).” He also added the hashtags #stateassemblyman and #winner.

In her electoral debut, Kangana won the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh by 74,755 votes, according to the Election Commission of India. She was pitted against Vikramaditya Singh of the Congress, son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

Esha Deol On Hema Malini Hatttrick

Meanwhile, Esha posted a picture of Hema Malini on her Instagram account and captioned it, ‘Congratulations, Mom (Heart emoji)#Trichoma.’

Hema Malini defeated Congress candidate Mukesh Dhanger by a huge margin in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from the Mathura constituency of Uttar Pradesh. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, she won the Mathura constituency against RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary with a margin of 22.65%. She won again in 2019 with 60.88% of the votes against her opponent Kunwar Narendra Singh of RLD.
