To keep track of dengue cases, the health department has requested private clinics and hospitals to submit reports every three days to the chief minister’s office. Additionally, they will verify 10% of the positive samples received.

According to doctors at the DCH, a significant number of patients visiting the outpatient department are experiencing symptoms similar to viral fever. Individuals with severe symptoms are advised to undergo a dengue test. During a joint meeting with the Noida Authority, sanitary workers and supervisors were instructed to inspect water storage areas in residential zones to prevent them from becoming breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

Dr Rajesh Sharma, the district malaria officer, mentioned that anti-larvae solutions are also being sprayed in areas with confirmed cases. Officials have advised residents to wear full-sleeved clothing and maintain a nutritious diet. In cases of severe symptoms, doctors recommend patients seek medical care in controlled environments such as hospitals, while others can manage their symptoms at home with medication.
