DCW chief Swati Maliwal informed that the women’s panel received the complaint through Twitter where the video was going viral. In which, the drunk security guard was beating girls while they were running away from him.

Said the chief, “A disturbing incident has been reported to the Commission. An FIR must be registered immediately and the accused must be arrested. The brazenness of the act is unnerving and the strongest action needs to be taken.”
