Delhi Pollution: The Air quality breached the 400 mark under the ‘severe’ category at 10 pm on Monday night. In the wake of deteriorating AQI, the committee imposed Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) with ‘immediate effect’ on December 16. The overall AQI in Delhi was recorded at 418 at 6 am on Tuesday.
