New Delhi: A domestics dispute of a couple ended up in triple talaq in Fatehpur. The husband threw away the wife out of the house following this. The woman later approached the SP pleading that she has four children and nowhere to go. She was later assured to take an apt action against the wrongdoer.
Husband thrown out of the house
The woman, who is a resident of Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh is the victim in this mother. The mother of four was thrown out of her house by giving triple talaq. The victim further alleged that when she reached the police station she was pushed away and also assured her of action.
However, even after visiting the police station for 10 days, her complaint was not registered. After this she went to the SP. The victim narrated the entire story to the police. The victim also told that four years ago the husband had locked her in a room with a youth living in the neighborhood to defame her. Then on the pretext of implicating him on fake molestation charges, he extorted two lakh rupees from him.
SP has ordered investigation into the matter
The victim told the SP in her complaint that when she informed about this matter of her brother and mother. They all reached home to convince her husband, but he did not listen to anyone. On the contrary, he kicked and punched her mother in front of everyone and beat her fiercely. In which she was badly injured and threw her out of the house by giving her triple talaq.
The SP has ordered an investigation in the entire matter. He has also ordered the station in-charge to take further action in the matter by booking the accused under relevant sections. The woman is a resident of the Ghazipur Police Station area. She was married in the year 2010 with Afzal who is a resident of the Hathgam police station area.
