The Indian share market opened with a red mark on Monday, the first day of this trading week. Today, the 30-share Sensex on the BSE opened at 61,770, down 411 points, while the Nifty on the NSE opened at 18,402, down 94 points.

  • Wednesday, December 7: The Sensex closed at 62,410 points, down 215 points. The Nifty ended the day at 18,560 points, down 82 points.
  • Tuesday, December 6: The Sensex closed at 62,626 points, down 208 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,642 points, a 58-point drop.
  • Monday (5 December): The Sensex closed at 62,834 points with a fall of 33 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,701 points with a gain of 4 points.
