Opulence often finds itself manifested in the most bizarre ways, in the most recent news report, another addition of the Ambani vehicle has been seen with its roof chopped off. This probably would not be added to the vehicle convoy of the Ambani’s but would be kept for special occasions.
A recent video that has surfaced online has showcased Ambani’s new Land Rover Defender in the 110 body style. The vehicle’s roof was chopped off and the vehicle was completely repurposed to be used as a safari vehicle.
Changes Made To The Defender
As per the video, the pillars of the Defender have been removed along with the roof. The vehicle has been given a raised roof that would sit above the height of the normal roof line. The upper half of the rear has been chopped off as well. The idea behind the new changes have been to ensure increased visibility for the passengers who have been planning to go on a Safari.
The presence of a Defender Safari model sets the Ambani’s apart there would not be many owners who would have ever used Defender Safari Vehicles.
The car could be meant for the Jamnagar Vantara, the vantara is a 3000-acre animal shelter launched by Anant Ambani and is also set to serve as a large Zoo.
Specs of the Land Rover Defender
The Defender that has been used is a 110 body style, the car is available in multiple engine options, including a 2 2-litre petrol as well as a 3 3-litre diesel engine and a V8 petrol as well. The car has been priced from RS 1.03 Crore to Rs 1.57 Crore Exshowrrom.
Ambani’s are known for their lavish cars apart from these cars they have also invested in a bulletproof Cullinan for the general driving around.
